What takes the color come out of towels when you wash them and didn't use bleach?

what are you using to wash with ? some of the acne products that are on the market cause the dye in the towels to fade just as bleach would...What takes the color come out of towels when you wash them and didn't use bleach?
Generally if you buy a good brand of linen (like Sheridan) the die won't come out.


But inferior brands will fade much faster.


Stick with well known brands, they may cost twice as much but will last 10 times as long.


You can buy so called colour fast detergent but I don't think it works anyway.What takes the color come out of towels when you wash them and didn't use bleach?
They use dye to color the threads when they make the towels. The dye is just fading the more you introduce them to detergents and hot water!!
Were they new towels? Sometimes the dye hasn't set properly, and if this is the case, you may be able to return them.
