I just spent 40 bucks on some crest white strips, I just don't want to be wasting money.Is it alright to drink water after you use crest white strip or does that wash the bleach poroxide off?
Well when I used them I rinsed my mouth out after I was finished so I guess it is okay since the bleach from the strips already dissolved into your teeth.Is it alright to drink water after you use crest white strip or does that wash the bleach poroxide off?
Idk if its bad or good, but i usually swish some water, or mouth wash around in my mouth after i've used them.
